High-Load Differential Chassis Successfully Delivered to Intelligent Warehousing Client

October. 25, 2025

On October 23, 2025, Xspirebot's independently developed high-load differential drive mobile chassis (engineering sample) was formally delivered to a leading intelligent warehousing solutions provider. It has been successfully integrated into their next-generation logistics robot platform and deployed for practical operation verification.

With the rapid growth of logistics demand driven by e-commerce and smart manufacturing, customers now require a mobile chassis that combines high load capacity, high reliability, and rapid integration capabilities. At the project's outset, the customer clearly articulated four core requirements:

Load capacity ≥100kg;

Supports continuous operation for over 8 hours (with expandable capability for 24/7 operation);

Adaptable to typical warehouse floor environments (including concrete and epoxy flooring);

Provides standardized mechanical and electrical interfaces for seamless integration with proprietary upper structures and navigation systems.

Leveraging years of technical expertise in mobile robot chassis, Xspirebot swiftly responded by developing a customized hardware solution tailored to the client's needs, featuring high robustness and compatibility. Key highlights include:

High-strength lightweight structure: Featuring an aluminum alloy frame with a static load capacity of 120kg (dynamic load ≥100kg), combined with a low center of gravity layout to enhance driving stability during high-speed turns and complex maneuvers.

Industrial-grade drive system: Equipped with high-torque brushless DC servo motors, featuring superior overload protection and temperature rise control capabilities to ensure sustained full-load operation without frequency reduction.

Plug-and-play integrated design: The chassis features pre-installed standardized power interfaces (e.g., 12V/24V output), CAN/RS485 communication ports, and universal mechanical mounting holes. Upper equipment can be rapidly connected and commissioned within 30 minutes.

High environmental adaptability: The entire unit is certified to IP54 protection rating, effectively resisting dust ingress and minor splashes common in warehouse environments to ensure long-term stable operation.

High-Efficiency Energy Management: Supports modular battery quick-swap design paired with intelligent power monitoring, significantly reducing downtime waiting periods and enabling customers to achieve continuous operation with “swap-and-go” functionality.

The client has now completed preliminary testing and validation, expressing high praise for the chassis performance. They are actively advancing the confirmation of the first batch of mass production orders, planning to deploy the units across multiple regional smart warehouses for core applications such as bin handling and picking assistance.
