On July 28, 2025, 20 senior robotics-related interns from key universities visited our company (Henan Xspirebot Tech) to embark on an in-depth exploration focused on robot chassis research, development, and manufacturing.

Guided by professional engineers, the students first visited the intelligent chassis product display area, where they observed the real-time operation of the company's flagship products—logistics AGV chassis and SLAM navigation inspection chassis. Engineers demonstrated the chassis's high-precision positioning and omnidirectional mobility in complex scenarios, such as warehouse slopes and dynamic obstacle environments. They also detailed the company's core technological innovations, including a modular motor drive architecture, multi-sensor fusion algorithms (LiDAR + IMU data collaboration), and industrial-grade IP65 protection design.

 

Entering the production area, the students focused on the automated assembly line and rigorous testing process. They witnessed the entire chassis process, from motor calibration and CAN bus communication debugging to a 72-hour continuous durability test. The strict implementation of ISO 13849 safety standards and real-world testing with hundreds of kilograms of load demonstrated how “theory” is transformed into industrial practice.

By hands-on interaction with chassis motors, analyzing test data reports, and discussing with frontline engineers how to enhance chassis endurance stability, students not only bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial application but also solidify their career aspirations. This experience elevates industry understanding from “vague concepts” to “actionable skills,” using real chassis projects as a mirror to illuminate the career path from campus to the core supply chain of robotics.

 

The official opening of the Robotic Chassis Internship Practice Base marks a substantial step forward in university-enterprise cooperation:

 

Precise talent development: The base will be equipped with a logistics chassis test line, simulation workstations, and other authentic production and research environments, allowing students to perform hands-on industrial-grade tasks such as lidar calibration and load testing.

 

Resource sharing and two-way empowerment: The Universities provide theoretical support for kinematic modeling, while the enterprise opens a library of over 200 chassis fault diagnosis cases.

 

Long-term collaborative development: The two parties jointly established a "Chassis Technology Task Force" to research industry pain points, such as positioning drift in complex scenarios.
