1. High torque output with strong adaptability to complex operating conditions: Robotic chassis often operate under demanding conditions such as heavy loads, incline climbing, obstacle crossing, and frequent starts and stops. Conventional motors lack sufficient torque density to directly drive the wheels.

2. Highly Integrated: 12 inch agriculture solid wheel motors integrate the motor, gearbox, wheel hub, and encoder into a single compact unit mounted directly at the wheel end. No additional transmission components, such as drive shafts, belts, or differentials are required. This reduces mechanical design and assembly complexity while freeing up more chassis space for core components like batteries, controllers, and sensors.

3. Excellent control performance and high motion precision: Paired with high-precision encoders, it enables precise speed and position control, granting the robot superior control accuracy and faster dynamic response in tasks such as path tracking, precise docking, and SLAM navigation.

Additionally, gear hub motors offer excellent structural adaptability, supporting various chassis configurations such as two-wheel differential and four-wheel drive. They are suitable for diverse mobile platforms, including logistics robot chassis, AGVs/AMRs, inspection robots, and agricultural robots.


This series of gear hub motors offers flexible voltage configurations spanning 36V, 48V, and 60V specifications, enabling matching to robotic platforms based on battery voltage, endurance requirements, and power levels. The 36V configuration is suitable for light-duty or compact robotic platforms, while the 48V version serves as a versatile option balancing power delivery and energy efficiency. The 60V variant is ideally suited for material handling vehicles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and certain agricultural machinery requiring high power output, extended runtime, or heavy-duty operation.

In terms of power, the motors offer multiple options ranging from 500W to 1500W, catering to diverse power requirements from toy cars and small robotic platforms to medium-sized material handling equipment. The 500W and 800W models are suitable for robots operating under light loads, at low speeds, and indoors; The 1000W model delivers a more balanced combination of power and efficiency; The 1500W model is designed for equipment requiring heavy-duty performance, superior hill-climbing capability, or operation in complex terrain, such as all-terrain vehicles, outdoor inspection robots, and agricultural machinery.

Torque output ranges from 150 to 300 N·m. Combined with a 1:10 reduction ratio, it delivers robust traction at low speeds, ensuring stable and reliable power performance for the robot during heavy-load operations, incline climbing, or obstacle crossing.

The no-load speed range is 3–15 km/h, allowing flexible selection based on the robot's application scenario. It is suitable for service robots requiring low-speed, high-precision control, while also meeting the speed requirements of equipment such as material handling vehicles and lawn mowers.

The 12 inch agriculture solid wheel motor features an IP65 waterproof rating, providing effective dust protection and resistance to water jets. It is suitable for diverse indoor and outdoor environments, including campus inspections, outdoor agricultural operations, and scenarios where exposure to water or dust may occur.


General indoor environments: Includes clean/semi-clean spaces such as factories, warehouses, hotels, and hospitals. Features level floors free of significant standing water or dust, with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 40°C. Compatible with 36V/48V, 500W/800W models. Capable of powering small service robots and light material handling vehicles. Delivers smooth low-speed operation with low noise levels, suitable for confined indoor spaces.

Indoor Industrial Heavy-Duty Environments: Refers to heavy-duty settings such as workshops and large warehouses, where floors may have light dust and debris, temperatures range from -10°C to 45°C, and spray cleaning may occur. Compatible with 48V/60V, 1000W/1500W models. High torque of 150-300 N·m drives heavy-duty material handling vehicles. IP65 protection ensures dust and water resistance for stable operation.

Outdoor General Environment: Includes park roads, residential courtyards, etc., with surfaces of asphalt/concrete/gravel paths. Exposed to wind, rain, and dust, operating temperatures range from -15°C to 50°C. Suitable for all voltage power series, compatible with all-terrain vehicles, outdoor inspection robots, and lawn mowers. Features effective IP65 protection. High-power models handle slopes and uneven terrain.

Outdoor agricultural operating environment: Includes farmland, orchards, etc., featuring soft, muddy ground with potential standing water and crop debris. High humidity with possible exposure to trace amounts of pesticides and fertilizers. Compatible with 60V, 1000W/1500W models. Features electromagnetic brakes to prevent rollback. High torque enables the driving of agricultural machinery. IP65 protection seals out mud and wastewater.

Special recreational environments: Includes toy car venues such as park lawns and suburban trails, featuring mild terrain with no heavy pollution. Compatible with 36V/48V, 500W/800W models. IP65 protection withstands light rain and dew.

Note: Not suitable for environments with deep water accumulation (>10cm), strong corrosion (e.g., chemical workshops, coastal salt spray), or extreme temperatures (<-15°C or >50°C). Additional protection or custom models are required for such scenarios.
