Its core objective is to enable vehicles to achieve precise charging, docking, and fully automated energy replenishment without human intervention.

Its core objective is to enable vehicles to achieve precise charging, docking, and fully automated energy replenishment without human intervention.
Its core architecture comprises two main components: the vehicle side and the charging side. The vehicle side relies on the autonomous driving functions of a line-controlled chassis (such as path planning and body posture adjustment) to achieve precise docking, while the charging interface (supporting wireless or wired modes) and communication modules handle interaction with the charging equipment. The charging side utilizes robotic arms, wireless charging pads, or charging stations, combined with positioning systems (such as vision, lidar, or UWB) and energy management modules, to complete charging docking and process monitoring. The workflow is divided into four stages: positioning and navigation, charging and docking, energy transmission, and automatic disengagement, requiring millimeter-level positioning accuracy and dynamic charging parameter adaptation.
The waterproof wireless charger is a robot wireless charging product independently developed by our company with waterproof functionality, suitable for various mobile robots requiring waterproof and moisture-resistant features, such as inspection robots. It enables automatic charging and unmanned operation, reducing maintenance costs while ensuring safe and convenient use.
This product features waterproof functionality with an IP66 protection rating, making it suitable for humid environments such as ports and ships. It incorporates an upgraded structural design, an efficient power converter, and a rear-mounted metal aluminum housing for superior heat dissipation. Flat components are used, with both the transmitter and receiver ends measuring only 6.4 cm in thickness.
