This large rc tank chassis has a curb weight of 320kg, a maximum payload capacity of 500kg, and can travel at speeds ranging from 0 to 20km/h. It features a climbing ability of up to 65°, a ground clearance of 150mm, and is particularly suited for scenarios demanding exceptional maneuverability. It excels in precise operations within vegetable greenhouses and open fields, inspection and detection in underground utility tunnels and narrow alleys, search and rescue operations in disaster debris, and complex terrains inaccessible to wheeled equipment—such as mountainous areas, muddy roads, gravel surfaces, forestry sites, and snowy marsh edges. It provides a stable and efficient mobile foundation for intelligent equipment in agriculture, inspection, emergency response, and other fields.

The large tank chassis adopts a modular design philosophy, with its core structure comprising six major components: the track assembly, drive system, suspension system, steering system, frame, and control system. These components work in concert to ensure stable chassis operation.

The drive system employs a combination of “1500W*2 permanent magnet synchronous motors + 2 dedicated motor controllers + planetary gear reducers,” delivering robust and stable power output to the chassis while precisely matching the tracked electric drive configuration. Two dedicated motor controllers precisely synchronize with the permanent magnet synchronous motors, enabling precise power regulation and efficient transmission. They flexibly adjust motor speed to meet varying speed requirements across different scenarios, enhancing the drive system's reliability and responsiveness.

The steering system employs differential steering technology, achieving agile maneuvering through precise control of the speed differential between the two tracks. This enables on-the-spot turning and tight-radius turns, making it ideal for confined-space operations. Steering response is precise and smooth, with no lag or hesitation. The steering system incorporates a high-precision control module supporting both remote operation and autonomous programming. Remote control range exceeds 300 meters in open terrain, while precise steering angle feedback enables operators to monitor chassis status in real time, enhancing operational accuracy.

With a 150mm ground clearance, it effectively navigates obstacles like gravel, ditches, and tree roots. Paired with a tracked drive system, it completely eliminates the common issues of wheeled robot  chassis slipping or getting stuck on soft terrain such as muddy or sandy ground. This enables stable travel across diverse terrains including mountain roads, hilly farmland, forest areas, and snow-covered surfaces.

This large rc tank chassis is specifically designed for complex operating conditions where wheeled chassis struggle to perform. Typical application scenarios include:

Agricultural Sector: Narrow pathways and slippery muddy terrain in vegetable greenhouses, open fields, paddy fields, orchards, etc., supporting spraying, inspection, and harvesting assistance operations;

Pipeline and Facility Inspection: Urban underground utility tunnels, chemical plant pipeline zones, and narrow passageways, where the low-profile chassis can access confined spaces;

Emergency and Rescue: Disaster debris sites, mudslide areas, snowfields, and marsh edges, featuring strong traversability and stable load-bearing capacity;

Industrial Outdoor Operations: Unpaved terrain with slopes, gravel, and vegetation cover in mining slopes, wind farms, and solar power stations;

Special Constrained Environments: Areas with weak GPS signals (e.g., dense tree canopies, tunnels) and high-cleanliness scenarios requiring frequent washing (e.g., chemical residue rinsing).
