This tracked robot chassis features a compact body design that balances equipment mounting capacity with terrain adaptability within limited space. The 60mm ground clearance design prevents bottoming out on mountain trails and gravel roads while enhancing rollover resistance during high-speed travel and slope operations through a low center of gravity. With a combined weight of 130kg and a maximum payload capacity of 300kg, the chassis maximizes payload space while ensuring structural rigidity and impact resistance. It flexibly accommodates diverse operational modules such as LiDAR, multispectral sensors, and robotic arms, meeting customized requirements across agricultural inspections, emergency rescue, industrial inspection, and other fields.

This large tracked vehicle chassis kit features dual 1000W permanent magnet synchronous motors as its core power unit, paired with dual-channel dedicated drivers to form a highly adaptable electric drive system designed for complex terrain.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors deliver smooth and ample power output across the entire speed range due to their low-speed high-torque characteristics, ensuring the tracked chassis kit maintains stable movement even under high-load conditions such as climbing 35° steep slopes or traversing obstacles. Additionally, the motors feature wide temperature adaptability, enabling reliable operation in extreme environments ranging from frigid snowfields to scorching forest areas.

At the drive control level, dual-channel dedicated drivers enable independent and precise regulation of the left and right tracks. The system dynamically adjusts torque distribution on both sides in real time based on terrain changes, automatically optimizing traction on low-friction surfaces like mud and snow to effectively suppress slippage. When encountering complex conditions such as sharp turns and side slopes, it rapidly responds to posture changes to ensure driving stability. Additionally, the drive system incorporates built-in fault redundancy mechanisms. Even if a single-side power unit malfunctions, low-speed driving capability remains intact. This provides critical safety redundancy for field operations, preventing mission interruptions due to localized failures.

The large tracked vehicle chassis' obstacle clearance capability enables smooth traversal over common off-road obstacles such as rocks, tree roots, and field ridges, effectively mitigating the risk of wheeled platforms becoming stuck—particularly in fractured terrain like ravines and collapsed areas.

The wide rubber track design enhances the chassis' adaptability to soft terrain. By increasing the ground contact area, it significantly reduces ground pressure per unit area, enabling stable movement on snow, mud, rice paddies, and other easily-sinking environments, preventing operational interruptions caused by sinking. Simultaneously, the tracks feature a self-cleaning tread pattern that effectively reduces the accumulation of mud, sand, and snow, ensuring reliable passage during prolonged operations in complex environments.

The continuously variable transmission system supports full operational coverage from precision inspections to rapid site transfers: Low-speed operation delivers precise positioning control, suited for pipeline inspections, crop protection spraying, and other tasks requiring stable movement; High-speed operation meets efficiency demands for large-area site transfers.

In hilly fields and gravel roads, the 60mm ground clearance prevents crop damage, while wide tracks minimize soil compaction, accommodating payloads for seeding, crop protection, and monitoring. With a 300kg payload capacity, it can carry multispectral cameras, soil sensors, and other equipment for precise agricultural data collection.

In snowy terrain and forestry settings, the 35° climbing ability and 300mm obstacle clearance swiftly traverse collapsed barriers. Equipped with life detectors and first-aid kits, it reaches accident epicenters. Rubber tracks ensure stable operation on snow and slippery surfaces, boosting rescue efficiency.

During inspections on gravel roads and mountain trails, the 100mm obstacle clearance capability enables passage over pipes and rock piles. The 300kg payload capacity supports heavy equipment like LiDAR and robotic arms, enabling fully autonomous inspections of power facilities and oil/gas pipelines, replacing high-risk manual operations.
