    1. We guarantee that all products are brand new, unused, and in full compliance with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements of your contract;


    2. All products are backed by a comprehensive warranty (12 months) covering manufacturing defects and performance issues.


  • After-sales service commitment

  • Warranty period

    1. The warranty period of our factory products is generally 12 months (except for wearing parts).

    During the warranty period, we will provide free repair and replacement services, exempting all raw materials and maintenance costs (except for damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage and damage caused by force majeure)


    2. Outside the warranty period, charging maintenance labor costs and related spare parts costs (consumable parts of the product at cost price charges)

    Other non-production of our company, only by the Division I overhaul the product, overhaul costs incurred in the process are the responsibility of the customer.

    Product maintenance costs incurred, our company will communicate with the customer to be determined by the customer before the maintenance or delivery.


    3. Professional maintenance: we have a professional maintenance staff, free of charge for all users to provide advice and introduce the use of the product precautions and other work.


What damages are outside the warranty period?

Human or accidental collision, flooding, fire and accidents resulting in damage to related parts;


Overload or improper maintenance damage.


Overloaded use, product damage due to overheating of the motor.


Power supply problems caused by disconnection, short circuit or poor contact of power lines;


Damage to internal parts of the motor caused by frequent starting and stopping, etc.


Non-original parts, if the controller in the maintenance or replacement of non-original parts used, may affect its performance and stability, resulting in warranty invalidation.


The controller has been in a harsh environment for a long time, such as high temperature, humidity, excessive dust, etc., resulting in the impact of its performance and stability.
